Ego, Red Pill, Blue Pill

The Ego gets such a bad rap.

Ego is literally simply identity. It is everything that makes up who we think we are as a person.

I identify with being a poet and writer because I do those things. That is ego.

I am not one of those who thinks it needs to be obliterated into nothingness. The Ego has a purpose which is the roles we play while in the physical. Those identities can shift and change should we choose.

I think the key to everything is BALANCE.

You can have the knowledge and understanding that you are not the role you are playing and still have a full experience IN your current role on stage. An actor doesn't usually believe they are the character they are playing.

It is when we forget this is all a giant stage and we are playing roles that it can become a problem. Of course I know we are all one, blah fucking blah. I also know time doesn't exist and yet all spiritual people use that handy dandy fiction to keep appointments either with clients, naturopaths, schools, etc. You still play the time game because we have collectively agreed to play it.

Likewise, it isn't about saying "fuck this shit, I am GOD/LOVE and I ain't playing the role of me anymore!" If I did that here in this physical experience, not a lot would happen.

Our goal is to wake up to the fact that we aren't these roles we are playing so that we can shift our ego into a new way of being. Ego cracks and thus expands our consciousness. We shift out of working to survive and into self discovery.

Who am I when I don't have to work to survive? What do I love? Who do I want to become?

When we go to the inside world and examine honestly who we have been and who we want to be, then the ego we have been wearing can shift and expand as well.

When we can do that collectively, we then level up and go on to the next stage of the humanity game. We can then shift out of survival mode and into free play mode where everything is less dangerous and we can simply enjoy the experiences we are having.

We have been stuck here for a while playing the survival mode levels over and over. During the course of playing the level over, we forgot we aren't the roles we are playing. There is a bigger, higher perspective of what is happening which we need to see from.

Again I say, it is about knowledge and balance...not obliterating the role you have come to play. We still came for the EXPERIENCE, so why not allow and experience while retaining the knowledge of what we really are?

What if God was one of us?

Just a slob like one of us?

Just a stranger on the bus

Trying to make His way home?

Lyrics written by Eric M. Bazilian
Performed by Joan Osborne

What if God was Keanu Reeves split apart into two polar aspects who are known as the "sons of God" and one wears a red hat and the other a blue one?

What if Red Keanu hated his brother, Blue Keanu and told the world, "I am the only begotten son of God." Blue was like, "Fuck that shit, I'll kick your ass" and he killed his brother and told the world that he was actually the only begotten son of God.

But what if, like Mr. Smith in The Matrix, he could actually bring those two aspects of God back together as...well...God? Imagine what they could do together as one being.

The battle is within, but it still exists. When we come into true balance...into purple, we have the potential to become who we truly are, but have forgotten.

You are being offered a red or a blue pill. Which do you take?

My answer is always, BOTH. One without the other is imbalance.

Red and blue are simply perspectives and neither is inherently wrong or correct.

The Matrix movie is incomplete.

The truth can only be found when you take both, mash them together to make purple. The truth is found in the center where the two meet and blend. Purple is the color of the crown chakra, the higher mind.

There is no "us against them". There is only "us" but your belief in the contrary creates chaos and imbalance. It creates war and the false belief there are sides that need to be taken.

Everything that is outside of us first starts within us.

Change yourself to change the world.

Red and blue pills are symbolism, to me. It is the contrast between left and right. Here in the US the two major political parties use those colors to represent themselves, democrats being blue and republicans being red. Neither party is fully wrong or fully right but they battle each other endlessly wanting to be the controlling party.

Control is a funny thing. It is the reason for a lot of wars...both internally and externally. Jung didn't have all of the answers, only the answers that were right for him in his explorations of self.

We all should want to be explorers of ourselves so that we can master the inner world before we navigate the outer. Jung was still part of the outer world just as all of us are having this collective experience. He still had to navigate the so called "dream", but he used his inner knowledge as a compass and guide for doing that.

To those living in and invested in the so called lie of the virtual world in The Matrix movies, it wasn't a lie, it was simply a way of being and a way of having experiences. What if in the "truth" reality, Neo woke up to find he was a paraplegic, but had full mobility all that time within the so called "lie". What if it isn't so much about lies and truth as it is about what we choose to experience?

What if peace could be established between the two realities where people could come and go from the virtual world as they wished? The problem comes in when CONTROL tries to be implemented for everyone. Instead of allowing people the choice... which, from what people have said about the new Matrix Resurrections movie, choice was eliminated from the equation, which I think is inherently wrong.

When we battle endlessly within and there is constant conflict, it manifests in the form of illness and autoimmune disorders where the body's own defense system is now attacking itself.

This is also a piece I wrote explaining the red and blue conundrum but didn't choose to repost it on the Bleubunny platform:

You are being offered a red or a blue pill. Which do you take?

The human vascular system is often illustrated as red and blue. Red is taking oxygen to the body and blue bringing it back to be replenished.

It is a circulatory system.

Get it?

A circuit needs connection to be circular. A broken circuit means there is no flow, no communication.

If red and blue don't meet within the body, it means death. Think about that symbolism and what it means to us when we choose red or blue and lack connection.

We are working to connect our internal red and blue, heart and mind, give and take, masculine and feminine so that we can balance and find our center and restore the energetic flow.

When we achieve this internally, we need to reach out and make connections externally to restore the circuit and flow. Staying isolated will never do to restore balance to this reality.

Go within to find your center but come back out so that you can connect with others.

Everything that is outside of us first starts within us.

Change yourself to change the world.
